R & D Engineer

1. Responsible for the development of digital PCR product testing kits, market and clinical information research, formulation of detailed project research and development progress plans, implementation of new product development and product improvement;

2. Follow up on the entire R&D process of three types of medical device products, responsible for recording and analyzing clinical trial data, timely discovering and solving problems, ensuring the success of clinical trials, and assisting in the production transition of products;

3. Lead the preparation of product technical information, and lead the application, registration, or filing of product patents;

4. Lead the writing and revision of product promotional materials; Participate in the drafting of patent applications and technology project application materials, as well as follow up on the implementation of external technology project cooperation;

5. Participate in the construction of quality control and reference standards, and coordinate the in-depth review of special samples;

6. Responsible for managing research and development materials, samples, samples, and laboratories to ensure smooth product testing and environmental safety;

7. Develop an SOP management process for experimental work, control and optimize the experimental process, and improve product development efficiency.

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in biotechnology, genetics, and related fields; Excellent undergraduate students are also eligible;

2. Proficient in genetic testing and fluorescent PCR, familiar with molecular biology experimental operations; Priority given to having experience in tumor liquid biopsy research and development;

3. Have a certain professional knowledge reserve in the principles and related fields of molecular diagnosis and genetic testing, have undergone good experimental operation training, and have a certain ability and thinking to independently discover, analyze, and solve problems;

4. Serious and responsible in work, good at learning, with good coordination and communication skills, good at planning and strong execution ability.
