Job responsibilities:
Develop molecular diagnostic kits for medical testing, mainly used for molecular genetic detection of tumors, pathogenic microorganisms, etc;
1. Develop gene diagnostic kits based on technologies such as Real time PCR and ddPCR;
2. Participate in the various stages of product development projects, including pre research, feasibility study, project approval, and delivery;
3. Conduct research and market positioning on the application of ddPCR in the market;
4. Provide technical support to other colleagues and assist in designing validation plans for other technologies;
5. Write SOP and other documents and reports: Responsible for writing product technical information, collecting and organizing original records during the product development process, and regularly submitting them to the management department for archiving;
6. Establish and maintain relevant documents, assist in procurement, production, and quality control work, and assist technical support in resolving customer issues.
Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in molecular biology, cell biology, laboratory medicine, or related fields, or with at least two years of experience in the development of genetic diagnostic test kits;
2. Strong experimental design and operational skills;
3. Familiar with the research and development process of molecular diagnostic product projects, as well as the overall planning and processing technology of reagent kit preparation, or with experience in other molecular biotechnology or platforms, including second-generation sequencing, ddPCR, gene chips, etc., will be given priority;
4. Has good English speaking and writing skills;
5. Creativity and learning ability, strong sense of career, responsibility, and innovation spirit, proactive in work, strong execution ability, good teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure.
