Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communicating research needs of partner teachers, including literature search, reading, research plan development, and research technical support;
2. Communicate research plans with clinical doctors and other project partners, and follow up on research projects;
3. Research data analysis and report summary, research article writing support;
4. Collect common problems and typical cases in daily work, and form deliberate documents for internal and external output, providing regular training for sales;
5. Cooperate with the Product Marketing Department to conduct product technology presentations on academic conferences or online course platforms, and establish the company's professional brand image.

Job requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, with a background in molecular biology, genetics, or medical related fields;
2. Having clinical or scientific background in IVD related fields, familiar with clinical and basic research progress in the field of cancer is preferred;
3. Having experience in scientific research cooperation, with good English literature reading and writing skills;
4. Clear work mindset, good at learning, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, honest and willing to work, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good written and oral expression skills;
5. Priority will be given to those with industry resources.
