Job responsibilities:
1. Brand promotion and market expansion functions: Responsible for promoting the company's brand, planning and conducting market promotion activities;
2. Responsible for product training (including agency and self-produced products), explaining product related information to sales personnel and customers; Participate in various professional meetings related to the company's products or business; Understanding the market situation of related products and visiting key customers;
3. Industry and market analysis function: analyze the development status of the industry, the status of similar products, product positioning, market competitiveness, etc; Collaborate with relevant departments to provide feedback and analysis on technology, market, training, and other aspects; Evaluate and summarize the participating market activities; Understand the development trends of the diagnostic industry at home and abroad, for the company's reference; Mining and evaluating new technologies and products, providing information on new products and their development trends.
4. Collect and research market information, conduct market analysis reports, and develop promotional strategies; Guidance and verification of bid preparation.
5. Coordinate with the company's agents in terms of pricing, training, etc; Communicate relevant public relations networks and coordinate work between our department and the corresponding departments of the company.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a good background in medicine or biology;
2. Having more than 3 years of experience in the IVD industry, good at expressing oneself, possessing strong pioneering spirit and outgoing personality.
3. Good communication skills, strong leadership and driving abilities, able to assist the sales department well in market planning and support work;
4. Good communication, understanding, and analytical skills, rich project management experience, good cooperative attitude and team spirit, full of work passion, creativity, and sense of responsibility.
