Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in research and development work such as design verification and technology development of microfluidic chip nucleic acid detection technology platform.
2. Engaged in research on microfluidic chip preparation processes, including material properties, surface modification, sealing processes, etc
3. Responsible for technical communication and coordination with chip manufacturing suppliers;
4. Responsible for organizing and writing technical data during the research and development process.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in analytical chemistry, applied physics, precision instruments, fluid mechanics, or related majors;
2. Engaged in research and development of microfluidic chips or supporting instruments; Understand the manufacturing technology of silicon chips, PDMS chips, and plastic chips; Experience in microfluidic chip design or application in fields such as biology, chemistry, medical diagnosis, etc. is preferred;
3. Good English reading and learning abilities, able to independently conduct literature search and reading, and solve technical problems during the development process;
4. Rigorous, serious, with a strong sense of responsibility, adept at research, and passionate about research and development work.
