Job responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with marketing, inspection, sales and other departments to participate in the development strategy of the company's core content such as technology, products, and market;
2. Lead and participate in the formulation of work plans for the R&D product line, clarify budget inputs for each project, and collaborate with relevant departments to estimate the required production and marketing resources for the project;
3. Communicate with the responsible persons of each product line in real-time, clarify and solve technical and clinical problems during the implementation of solutions, and control the reasonable progress of each project;
4. Lead the research and development of experimental data analysis for various product lines, coordinate relevant departments to orderly carry out patent application, funding application, product registration, and market transformation in different periods;
5. Real time communication with the market and marketing department for information feedback, leading the optimization of the technical elements of the company's products and services in operation;
6. Manage and optimize the R&D team, design and enhance the team's basic theory, application design, technological innovation, and solution promotion capabilities;
7. Review the original records of key links such as sample use, reagent procurement, data collection and analysis for each product line in research and development, to ensure the authenticity, completeness, and effectiveness of the data.

Job requirements:
1. Major in biotechnology, laboratory medicine, genetics, etc., with a master's degree or above and at least 3 years of molecular diagnostic experience;
2. Have experience in independently leading a research and development team to complete various stages of product development, such as technical evaluation, project initiation, scheme design, experimental optimization, clinical research, and registration application (priority given to those with medical laboratory transformation experience in completed product research and development projects);
3. Understand the relevant regulations and clinical requirements for product development in the IVD industry;
4. Conduct oneself with good professional ethics;
5. Possess strong organizational, planning, control, communication and coordination skills, innovation ability, analytical and problem-solving ability, stress resistance ability, team management ability, and keen insight and prediction ability in reagent products.
